Procedures to issue an Iqama for a New Born child


Following are the process for adding a new born baby in your Iqama




**If the baby born in KSA



1- Take a birth statement from the hospital where your child is born

2- Take a Birth/Death registration department Appointment by clicking here
(you will get an appointment after 3-4 weeks)



3- Submit birth statement along with father’s and mother’s Iqama and
passport copies. They will issue a birth certificate in Arabic

4- Get Passport from your embassy

5- Go to Jawazat fill up Iqama issue form with photo. Submit it along with
Father's iqama and babies Original passort with copies.

They will issue the iqama within a few minutes.






** If the baby born outside KSA



1- Once the baby arrived in the KSA, deposit the fee of 2000 SAR on your Iqama number. If you delayed to take iqama, you may require additional amount of 500 SAR as penalty

2- Fill-up iqama issue form with photo, attach a copy of polio immunization certificate which you got from the hospital at the time of birth.

3- Submit it along with Father's iqama and babies Original passort with copies. They will issue the iqama within a few minutes.
